Concurrent Enrollment Review
Abstract
Depending on the outcome of the 2024 presidential and congressional elections, there is the potential for new policy to support dual enrollment under either a Trump or Harris Administrations. However, there are a number of underlying structural challenges facing dual enrollment policy advocates in either scenario. This article explores how either outcome of the 2024 presidential election would impact dual enrollment advocacy and policymaking, and why federal policy has historically been so scant on this issue.
