Articles submitted will not have been previously submitted or published in a journal, book, or archival repository (print or electronic). By submitting material to CER, the author will affirm that the material is not currently under review at another journal and that they will not submit the material elsewhere until the editorial process is complete. As an open-access journal, the CER allows authors to post final PDF versions of their work published with CER on personal or academic websites, though, posting drafts or preprint versions is prohibited by both our previous publication policy and to protect our double-blind peer review process.
