Abstract
This study attempts to channel intuitive thinking, intentionality, and the subjective values of authorities in public administration, and in related fields, toward the prediction of a paradigm of future public administration. A Delphi exercise is used as the means for obtaiing the best judgments from scholars about the future scope and methods of public administration.
