Description/Abstract
When you look across the U.S. at approximately 17,000 public library outlets - main and branch libraries, and bookmobiles - what do you see? Yes, libraries and library staff focused on meeting the needs of their communities. Yes, library staff providing innovative programs. Yes, community members being connected to resources that are making a difference in their lives. We see one other thing: libraries that need more information on what they are doing as a group, so they can learn from each other.
