Description/Abstract
This report presents data collected from businesses within the Northside Empire and Empowerment economic development zones in Syracuse, New York. This information was gathered for the Northside Collaboratory. The purpose of this study is threefold: 1. Increase awareness of economic incentives available to businesses through the Empire and Empowerment Zone programs. 2. Identify business needs within the Northside community. 3. Develop an up-to-date directory of all Northside businesses.
