Description/Abstract
The lecture will discuss the environment of the interim as a historically sustained yet increasingly more critical condition of contemporary architecture and urbanism. Through the selected work of N H D M, the presentation will explore the potentials in working in the precarious territory of the in-between, and consider the new architectural possibilities and agency in the milieu, in the context of increasing mobility, persisting instabilities and inequalities at the global scale, and an ever-diminishing public realm.
