Description/Abstract
This research review covers a study which emphasizes the vital role of Veterans Resource Centers (VRCs) in supporting student veterans with services like counseling, benefits assistance, and academic resources. Conducted at a California university, it shows that VRCs are crucial for easing veterans' transitions to college by addressing their unique needs. The research advocates for improved VRCs and policies, including faculty training and veteran-specific orientation, and suggests further investigation into the effectiveness of these services and programs.
