Digital platforms have transformed the way people consume information by making news and updates more accessible across languages and regions. This paper examines the role of bilingual news platforms in delivering Bangla News and Bengali News while also integrating cultural and practical updates such as Rashifal, Aajker Rashifal, Weather Tomorrow, and Today’s Weather. Using India Hood, a bilingual digital platform founded in 2022, as a case reference, the discussion highlights how regional news delivery can bridge language barriers and meet diverse audience needs. The inclusion of astrology and weather updates demonstrates how digital news platforms are adapting to provide both traditional knowledge and modern practical information. This paper argues that such platforms play a significant role in shaping community engagement, enhancing cultural continuity, and ensuring timely public awareness. Ultimately, the growth of bilingual platforms suggests a broader shift in journalism towards inclusivity, accessibility, and holistic service delivery in the digital era.
